With the packaging department at LOVE. flourishing after more global brand appointments and Pentaward wins, we need a skilful Creative Director to head up the wider design team.  

We’re after a world-class creative to own the responsibility for the agency’s packaging output, leading the team in the creation of simple, effective, surprising and empathetic work.

LOVE. does a bit of everything; brand design, experiential and environmental design, packaging, graphic design and advertising.

WE WANT

A hands-on visionary packaging creative, looking for that next step in their career.

You’ll have experience in premium and luxury packaging accounts, with a portfolio that demonstrates work you’ve done for global brands, challenger brands and agile independents.

A leader with a proven track record in building lasting client relationships with senior stakeholders at global brands, with the ability to help grow accounts across multiple territories.

You’ll be a key member of the agency, reporting to both the Executive Creative Director and Senior Creative Director, supporting the team through strong leadership, strategic thinking and the highest creative standards.

YOU NEED:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with an appetite for exploring new and undiscovered opportunities within packaging and beyond
  • The confidence to convince senior clients that rebranded packaging can stretch across advertising and brand worlds
  • Experience in overseeing packaging and product design in market
  • To lead client workshops in packaging design, showing how innovations can transform brands of all sizes
  • To identify new trends and insights for key accounts
  • To optimise agency structures, recruiting, managing and developing talent as well as developing client relations
  • To have charisma, confidence and bags of knowledge, minus the ego
  • 12+ years’ experience
