Want to work for one of the biggest name core branding agencies there is? And if you have an eye for detail, to use that to the full forsome big name clients?
If you're currently at senior designer level, in a core branding agency, but find that you enjoy the visual implementation and guideline design aspect of branding more than the initial pitch/conceptual side, AND you're ready for a change of scene (and a fantastic view from your new studio too!), then this may be just the job.
This agency is very, very long-established, based in central London, and their client list reads a bit like a who's who. They may not be a tiny boutique agency, but if it's meaty projects you're after, and being able to take those visual brands and ensure that they come to life in reality in best way, they are definitely worth considering.
And they have a very good benefits package as well as - of course - a good salary!
The absolute "must have's" for this role are really strong and diverse experience of designing brand guidelines - from corporate to consumer brands, within branding agencies. But not simply re-hashing the same old formula again and again - this is a role for a designer, not an artworker!! You'll be designing them in a way that makes them easy to understand, and coming up with ideas of how to do this differently, but effectively.
You'll also liaise with the production people to ensure that they end up as you intended them to! And if you've done this with interactive online guidelines as well as in print/pdf form, then so much the better.
And sometimes you might also look at earlier stages of those projects - thinking about how to develop a core brand to enable it to really engage people.
