As we grow, we want consultants at Craft to truly understand - and specialise in - their given discipline. In this particular role, you'll specialise in recruiting for the creative market, working with talented brand designers, digital creatives, strategists, art directors, UX consultants, motion designers and more.
You’ll work closely with our existing clients as well as looking to establish new relationships.
Consultants at Craft will:
- Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Identify opportunities and respond to them. Continuously look to expand our network.
- Promote our brand, our services and our place in the market.
- Offer genuine consultation to both clients and candidates.
- Become an ‘expert’ in their field. Keep up to date with goings on in your market. Understand their talent pool.
We’ll define success together. As a consultant here at Craft, you’ll create your own business plans, develop relationships in a way that works for you and set your own goals. We advise and offer support the along the way, but you’ll have autonomy to manage your own workload.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking to speak to experienced consultants – with a natural ability to form genuine, long lasting relationships with clients, built on trust and knowledge.
Some creative industry experience would be hugely beneficial - we're looking for someone who will be at home having consultative conversations with creative directors and junior designers alike.
You'll need a background in recruitment, with a demonstrable record of success and a commercial mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills go without saying – you’ll be at home influencing and advising clients, promoting Craft and the opportunities you recruit for.
Above all you’ll need to be a driven, proactive, self-motivated and commercially aware consultant - with a thirst to learn more about the industry you recruit for. If you need micro managing – then we are not the place for you.
We are happy to provide growth and training opportunities, but you’ll need to be able to manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively. We will provide you with all the tools you need, but with autonomy and flexibility, to ensure you succeed.
