A very good, independent (and not huge) corporate/service branding agency, based in central London, is searching for a new midweight designer to join a really excellent team.

They're well established, they work with global brands - definitely the kind of names you'll have heard of in the corporate world - and yet they are not one of the "big branding boys" - unusual, but they have impeccable credentials and contacts, and they do an excellent strategic and creative job for those very big clients!

The creative director is looking for a new designer to join the permanent team - at midweight level - though you could be an experienced junior designer wanting their 2nd job and a step up, or already a midweight designer.

They have some extremely good strategists on board, so it's important that you've worked in a branding agency with a strategy offer, so that you understand what strategy does and how to work with the strategy team. And perhaps one of the biggest selling points is that here, unlike a very big agency, you'll get to be involved in every creative aspect of projects from initial concept to final design. The design team is not large, and the designers get to see their projects through the whole process!

What's in it for you? Well meaty clients to work with, for a start; a very, very knowledgeable and experienced creative director from whom you can learn a lot; the chance to see your creative work out there, and to feel that you really have "done that" instead of doing only a bit of it; an upbeat, friendly, focused creative team, who love what they do - and an agency generally that is on the rise, and winning really great work.

Is this the next step in your branding career? Well it could be - so send us your cv and your corporate branding work samples, and let's see if we can make this happen for you!
