Digital Design Lead

Our client, a globally renowned advertising are now looking for an experienced Design Lead to join them and help re-shape and lead the design team.

This role would ideally suit a highly polished, experienced digital designer looking either to make a step up in responsibility or an already established digital design lead wanting to help shape a design department. The successful candidate will need to be able to lead large projects and direct junior staff to help them accomplish their goals. You will also need to have an excellent understanding of all digital platforms including campaign, UI and user experience. This role will be reporting into the Head of Design.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about overcoming creative challenges and who has the ability to see the opportunity in each project/client.

You will be able to establish good working relationships and be a great team player with a cool head. You will be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of current and future trends as well as a keen interest in technology.

This role has a high degree of quality control so you must be able to review projects with great attention to detail prior to handover.
