We are building a powerful in-house creative agency at the heart of the Clarks business. And at the heart of this new agency? Our Creative team, including you, our Group Senior Graphic Designer. You’ll create original, compelling concepts across a wide range of marketing materials, to deliver Clarks trade and consumer marketing programmes. Up-to-the-minute when it comes to fashion and cultural trends, you’ll produce industry leading creative ideas to tight timescales and budgets. Passionate about presenting, you’ll easily get buy-in from key stakeholders and use their input to shape the final result. You’ll also lead internal and external Artworkers to produce highly finished artwork for print with your inspirational creative leadership. It’ll be down to you to create a seamless consumer experience across channel and market, making sure the Clarks brand is engaging, visually consistent and inspiring.
A bit about you
A highly creative individual, you have exceptional design skills and a talent for quickly and precisely visualising creative concepts, along with highly competent software skills, including Adobe CS. You’ll have a successful track record designing for a well-known consumer brand and will be able to show us where you’ve designed several seasonal cycles of consumer facing marketing material, too. With experience coaching, mentoring and developing individuals and teams, you’re also passionate about quality and have a first-class attention to detail.
