Senior Artworker / Studio Manager
Our client is an independent direct comms agency with a long history of working with top clients and having a friendly culture. They are now looking for a senior artworker to manage all the artwork leaving the agency. You must be obsessed by artwork and be constantly thinking about how process can be bettered; a natural problem solver, good with people and communicating at all levels.

The Remarkable role:
Any agency can have a studio manager. But we want a Remarkable one.
You might be an existing studio manager. Or you might be a senior artworker who's looking for the next step. Someone who is still brilliant at being a hands-on artworker but with an eye on the future too.
In this role, you'll report into the Executive Creative Director and you play a massive role in the agency - leading the studio in creating industry-leading artwork.
You'll work closely with creative, design, account handling and clients - and production houses - to do the best work we can.
It's not just about creating accurate artwork - that's a must. It's also about building and maintaining relationships with production partners for our biggest clients.
It's about working with everyone to get the best results. Having a real pride in what you do. Hating mistakes of any size. Sharing your knowledge. Keeping people in the proverbial loop. Knowing what's do-able, what's best practice and having the technical know-how to get things done - right and on time.
You'll contribute to a harmonious and productive working culture.
And you are the person people turn to in order to get things done.
Without you, things won't get done. Printers remain idle. Emails sit un-deployed.
