Job Details Rate: £14.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate Location: York Student Accommodation - Groundworks Duration: 3 months + work

CPCS for Dumper is a high advantage

Groundworks include

  • Top Soiling
  • Block Paving
  • Remedial Works
  • Internal/External Drainage works
  • Road work

We are currently looking for groundworkers with experience of working on large new Student accommodation's in the York's area. Our client is working with one of the UK's largest Student accommodation companies and have the contract to complete the full Groundworks works throughout the development.

CPCS for 360/Dumper/Roller is not essential although would be a definite advantage for anyone applying for these roles.
