This global creative agency based in central Birmingham are on the hunt for an Account Director to head up 2 of their fast growing FMCG clients.
The agency have around 40-50 people in total and work hand-in-hand with their other global offices to ensure the brand roll-out is consistent!
If you are use to handling multiple projects and campaigns across various channels then this would be a great role to get your teeth stuck into.
Day-to-day you will be expected to lead from the front and manage other clients services people as well mentor and shape the growth of the team too!
The 2 accounts are growing across various channels and so they are wanting to recruit someone who has had exposure to hopefully managing fast paced accounts as well taking the lead within the office to get stuff done.
You will already have worked within either a design or integrated environment previously to be relevant for this agency and have ideally had line management experience as well.
In terms personality they are ideally wanting a blend of energy and can-do attitude as there are lots of stakeholders who need to be appeased from within the agency and also at the key clients you will be managing too!
